I'm using MINI-LINK Service Manager 6.8 and the MINI-LINK Craft version is 2.20. Whenever I try to log in to any MMU2 4-34 that needs MSM, I got this message: "MSM is not installed on your computer". The MSM is opening normally when I click on it. I tried without success to uninstall and reinstall the software. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest uninstall the software again (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, reboot your computer and install the software again. Do the same with MINI-LINK Craft and if the problem persists, contact Ericsson.

I was wondering if there is any alternative for MINI-LINK Service Manager? I heard that there are some SOM software or something like that. Can you help?

MINI-LINK Service Manager is a utility that allows you to control microwave radio services provided by Ericsson AB. If you want to control the radio services provided by Ericsson there isn't any other program that you can use because this software is specially designed for this kind of stations. You can try SAF NMS Client but there isn't any information about its compatibility with Ericsson microwave radios. I suggest you contact the developer for further information.
